We were a family of 9 spending a very pleasant week in the old farmhouse. Everything we needed was provided and the house felt comfortable and relaxing. The railway station was on our doorstep when we wanted a break from driving and there were lovely walks in the area.

We loved the house. Comfortable, homely and welcoming. Plenty of space for our group who varied in age. We had wonderful dinners at the top of the garden watching the sunset and the 8 year old enjoyed playing in the garden. Very convenient for the station, easy walk in to Llanbedr to shop and pubs. Good base for cycle rides and walks, trips to Harlech and Barmouth.

The farmhouse and its owners (local) were all excellent. Well-equipped, spotlessly clean and perfect location for us. The administration and organisation of booking and payment arrangements by STS were poor with the same excuse being used repetitively and having to be progress-chased by me, the customer.

Wonderful location and perfect for our party of 10. We enjoyed our stay at Talwrn Bach which was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Good location for Harlech, Barmouth, Snowdon and beaches.

We enjoyed a week with our family in this spacious, comfortable and clean farmhouse.
The Caretakers were exceptionally helpful when we had a query about recycling and helping with a faulty door latch.

The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the beaches are stunning.

Thank you to all concerned for our enjoyable stay.

had good time this week whish it would be if was longer ,had grate time walking round the area site seeing ,good that train s have bean running so some party could get there ,
